I'm replacing a pix 515e with an ASA 5520 vpn edition.

My ASA works flawlessly in the test environment. When I put it into production for the first time, everything worked except my outward facing IP's like websites and terminal server. Nothing even reached the Outside interface according to the logs.

When I plug a laptop directly in the outside interface everything works. So if the outside interface actually receives the traffic it knows what to do with it.

My Outside interface is reachable from the internet because I can establish VPNs on it.

My pix and ASA have identical IP's and identical web related configs for that matter. When I plug the pix back in my websites come back up.

Could this be an ISP issue? I'm pretty sure its my config but plugging a direct connection in works? any incite or experience with this would be great.

post your scrubbed config and we'll give her a look see
