Hi,
Can Openphone 27, be remotely programmed on Mitel 3300 without engineer being on site, what we are finding that every time a replacement phone is sent to customer, we also have to dispatch engineer so he can reprog on site. If we can dial-in remotely and reprog it would help, but don’t know how? Any help will be appreciated.

The easiest thing then is to delete then create the dect number.
Your customer should just have to declare it...while you're connected to the OMM remotly
But, the dect number could be used in groups, BLF or something else which could be removed when deleting the dect number...

Now, it's about French users too !!!

Thanks
I will try it when I get a request next time, will let you know.
