Replacing old exchange server(hardware) with new one

Hello,

We have a server running windows 2003 server and exchange 2003. We are getting a new server and I need to know how to get the exchange install on the new server in the most efficient way possible. I know to installed windows 2003 server on the new server and setup as a DC to get the AD information on the new server but what about the exchange install?

Any ideas would be great, thanks.
