UPDATE tblOARequests SET tblOARequests.Printed = -1
WHERE (((tblOARequests.Printed) Is Null));
this changes it to yes or true

'tbloarequests' should be changed to the name of the table and 'printed' should be the filed . sorry I grabbed it straight out of my database
