I have Nortel MOX8A that has a blinking green light. From what I see on this forum it need to be replaced, I do have a replacement module. What is involved in replacing the unit, any programming that needs to be done? Do I just need to power down the whole system replace the module and power back up?
All the digital phones are working just the analog phone are not and we just hear a clicking noise.

Thank you,
John

It's plug and play. No need to power down the system.
