Have new customer who is looking for us to replace Media Service Card they purchased on BCM 400. Looked through docs, didn't find anything specific in regards to this. Is there anything need to be aware of/suggestions? I know they're going to lose their keycodes. Is this something to even get involved in? Thanks in advance
