Replacing/Formating a Partner VS R5 Hard Drive

I just received a replacement hard drive for a Partner VS release 5.

Does anyone know how to format a replacement hard drive for the Partner VS Release 5. I need to get my voicemail back up and operational asap. Thanks

Replacement hard drives for Avaya voicemails should be purchased pre-formatted and ready to go right out of the box.

Is that how your drive was ordered [ponder]

Yes, the drive should be all set to go. It should have admin box 99# and default password xxxx# and 48 mailboxes (10-57). If you ever backed up your present system before the meltdown, you may be able to do a restore off the flash card to the new one. Hope this helps.
