Replacing Firebox

I work at a small business (50 employees) and we have a Firebox 750. We run VBPN and several IpSec tunnels as well as the UTM package. I have never been thrilled with the way you administer it and the difficulty in making changes.

I want to replace with a UTM/Router that does not need a seperate computer to manage it, something with a Web Page type interface and does not need a Masters in Electrical Engineering to admin. We had Servgate and it worked well for us until Cirod was bought out and they stopped supporting the unit.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
