Hello Everyone,
I've just completed my installation of NT 4 and SP6a I am in the process of installing exchange 5.5 and join existing site. So I can go ahead with moving mailboxes to the new server once thats completed i will setup the SMTP connectors etc and remove the old Exchange server.
My question is I have done this in the past with Exchange 2000 and it automaticaly creates a connector to the Exchange 5.5 server. Is it the same case for Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 5.5.
Logically I think it should but just thought i would swing it by here first.

Thanks for the help!!

No, it doesn't automatically create another Internet Mail Connector on the new server, but external email should still be available aslong as the old one is still in place.
