The system has indicated that drive 0 is bad. I have a 2 drive system, and was able to boot the system from drive 1.
I've gone through the process to replace drive 0, but since I have something like 150 lost messages from the original drive, the system wants the engineering bit turned on to complete garbage collection (anything over 50 messages apparently requires the engineering bit).
I'm having a hard time finding a vendor to help me get this completed.
I've got users that have unavailable messages that are over the 30 day limit, so they are being prompted to delete the old unavailable message before they can listen to new messages.
Can anyone help me get the engineering bit on so I can complete the removal of the unavailable messages?
