If I replace an HBK card, how can I reload the information contained in the flash memory?
 
Did u managed with the replacing of the HBK card? I never replaced a HBK... only a HBC...

Please see the notes below on replacing a HBK card... I hope it helps... always be caution...

PWA, HBK - Function; Security Key. Provides library
access security, and maintains password control.

CAUTION: Configuration and account information contained in the HBK card is unique to each library. Before installing a new HBK card,verify that it has been configured with the unique information required for your library.

Replacement
Note: Perform the following step only if you are installing a new
HBK card. If you are installing an HBK card that was previously
installed in your library, go to step 4.
3. Configure user accounts and passwords of a new HBK card as if you are
logging onto the library for the first time. Refer to “Activating User Accounts”
in the SL8500 Installation Manual, PN 96138.
Note: Advise the customer that they must reset their passwords.
4. Reinitialize the library and verify successful completion of power-on self test
and audit.
5. Position the cover plate.
