Replacing 3COM Netbuilder's with Cisco 2620's

I've been asked to research whether or not we could replace about 5 3COM Netbuilder routers with Cisco 2620's. This not so much as the 3COM's don't do the job well, but more because the Cisco's are standard equipment and a few of us know more about those than the 3COM's. However, the problem is I have no clue how to get configurations and see how they apply to the Cisco. Can I TFTP the configs from the Netbuilders? How do I look at the configs? I really have no clue where to start. I just moved into this communications department with no experience on routers before (all LAN), so its all new to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Still hoping someone could provide some answers to this.
