Replacement VM module forworded to receptionist?

I recently installed a replacement Partner Mail r 4.1. To replace a failing unit. From the first time I tried to hit the VM I got the message. "Your call is being transfered to the receptionist" I get the message weather I dial intercom 777 or ext 28 the first vm port assigned to hunt group 7. Thanks for your help! BQ

Try checking the date and time in the main admin menu. Make sure it is same as switch. Otherwise sounds defective. Not sure if there is a reset option from the admin menu. Switch didnt loose programming when you powered down to swap the board?

Double check your settings for extentions assigned to hunt group 7. You may want to scroll through all of the extentions using next item. If the VM does not recieve the DTMF mode codes the VM wont know what to do and sends the call to the operator.
