yes, and its very easy. On the bottom of the drawer is a sticker of the actual manufacturer of the drawer, Most printer interface drawers are usually MsCash Drawer out of Pasadena Ca. You can call them. Give them the lock number on the drawer. Its a 3 digit number. They charge around $7 to $10 for the keys. They usually ship same day as payment.
Other drawers are MMFcash or MFC cash. The steps are the same no matter the drawer. Some may ask for letter on company letter head with request for key, along with picture of lock and location of drawer.
Radiant does not make drawers or printers, only terminals. Printers are rebranded Bixilion and drawers were rebranded as well.
