The bussiness I work for has a merlin magix system. We needed an analog t/r card for setting up some fax/modem extensions. Well, I found a great deal on a legend 008 OPT card. I double checked to make sure it was electronicaly compatible. After getting the card and snapping it out of the legend clamshell, I am pleased to see that the card fits perfectly in the magix carrier. My plan was to use twist ties, etc to secure it. It doesn't look like it would take much. However, it looks like the circuit card has holes drilled in the correct place to where one of the plstic faceplates for the magix cards could be attached to it. Does anyone out there know if there is a place where I could buy just one of those plastic plates? It would seem that the manufacturer should make spares available. However, since its Avaya, I have a feeling they may be devious enough not to stock these in order to discourage people from buying cheaper legend cards. :) Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

Exactly! You won't find those. You can try to secure it like you said, but I would never do something like that. Magix cards in a magix or a legend. And legend cards only in a legend. You're gambling to save a dollar and it could cost you more in the long run.
