Replacement NAM Applicatications Module not answering DID's to set, all calls go to AA

I Had an Application Module fail so I replaced wit a reconditioned Replacement NAM Applicatications Module 4.0.04. Performed a reinstall and reprogrammed to clients need. However I found that when calling DID it rings 4 times set in the CFNA but is answered by AA. If I call sets internal it works fine. Has anyone had or know of this issue or how to rectify? Thank you

What's the release of the MICS you're connecting to? Sounds like a compatibility problem.

You might need to load the redirect dn patch on the nam if I remember right.

I think the version is 4.1 but not a 100% sure and someone mentioned patch but where do I get it and I have never connected to a NAM before? Haven't touched a NAM in 15yrs

If the MICS is R6 or higher the redirect DN patch won't help. First order of business is to check the software version of the MICS.
