My motherboard died and I need to find a replacement motherboard that will fit my case. It was originally an Acer M5640 AM5640-B54045A. The motherboard is microATX (9.6 x 8). The case uses 3 internal USB 2.0 ports, 1 1394 internal port, 1 front panel connector block (13 pins), 1 audio connector block, 1 SPID audio connector block.
The CPU is an Intel E2200 Pentium Dual Core with DDR2 667 Mhz.
Uses 2 SATA II drives (HDD and CD-Drive).
I would really appreciate any help you can give me to find a motherboard that will fit and be able to use all the case accessories.
Thanks.

Luckily there is a plethora of mainboards that should fit and do the job, here's one:

The only issue is the the front-panel connector, it sounds like it's proprietary, but can probably be replaced with a multi-bay card reader like this:

...if you have a spare 5-1/2" bay. Best of luck.

The PC came with a card reader already. The other two USB cables are for four USB Ports on the top of the case. That's why I need a motherboard with at least three USB header ports. I can live without the firewire port (IEEE 1394).

The example you provided only has two USB header ports.

I figured out how to remove the terminal from the connector block (Power switch, LED lights, etc.).

Hiya
Looking at the specs of this Acer it had a mATX motherboard based on the NVIDIA GeForce 7100/nForce 630i chipset.
If you buy a similar motherboard with the same chipset likelyhood is the operating system and it's current configuration of drivers will work out the box without a re-install (you may have to re-activate but that takes minutes.
This motherboard is based on the exact chipset and has all the header pin out support you want.

One thing that I have found that tends to work rather than doing a complete re-install is to boot into safe mode and then delete all devices from device manager. Windows will detect all of the new hardware on the next boot and the old hardware will be gone. This works well on IDE systems, but may not work with SATA systems or systems that boot from a RAID array.
