Replacement hang-up button for Starplus STS 3515-71 1

I've had three phones that the users have broken the small plastic tabs on the hang-up button. It is very flimsy at best and my vendor won't supply me just the button but is asking full replacement cost for the entire phone. Anyone have any insight on getting just the buttons???? Any help would be appreciated....
