We're currently running Windows XP/Crystal XI. In order to design super-wide Crystal reports, we use the HP DesignJet 3500CP PS3 printer driver.

We've recently received our first Windows 7 PC. While attempting to install the HP DesignJet 3500CP PS3 printer driver on this new PC, I see that this printer driver is no longer an option in Windows 7 (even after updating the latest printer drivers on that PC via the web).

Is the HP DesignJet 3500CP PS3 printer driver defunct? If so, is there a suitable replacement?

Thanks!

Use Microsoft XPS Document Writer, set up a new paper type of large dims, call it Crystal. Make your reports use that paper size on that printer.
It doesn't default to the new size, (unless they fixed the bug), but any reports you save that paper size on will keep it.
