Replacement for 70-272?

Is there a replacement/updated exam for 70-272? It deals with Windows XP and Office 2003 and desktop applications. I need a similar certification for Vista and Office 2007, again dealing with them at the desktop, not enterprise level. What certifcations are available for this? I have not been able to find anything other than the MCAS exams. I want something more along the troubleshooting side of certification, but not going too high level.

I don't know about Vista and Office 2007, but I know that they're about to begin blueprinting and exam for Windows 7 and Office 2010 called "70-681: TS: Windows 7, Deploying Windows and Office 2010".

There is also an MCTS cert for exam 70-624 that does not appear to map to an MCITP-level cert, but it is probably the closest to what you are asking about.
