Replacement DECT Phones/ Batteries in UK

Hi all

Does anyone know of a source of replacement batteries for DT570 and DT368 Dect Sets?
Also anyone who repairs DT570/ DT368 phones A/B phones.

I know these are getting old and we've been told there's no replacement models now only GAP type.
