Hello ,

I want to change batteries for our system, because the current batteries not working.
what should to do on the system to accomplish this?

It might help if you say what the system is. What are the batteries you have currently (pun intended)?

The current batteries :
Brand: YUASA
Model Number: NP38-12I
12V, 38Ah

I have bought the same batteries.
 
open circuit and replace with new . remeber open circuit from end of line then your md not go down because powered by rectifire 48vdc
 
I agree with inlsp05 but would add that you should ensure you have an up to date backup in case something goes wrong and the power gets disconnected.

I have replace the batteries today, I has been disconnect the mainstream in order to test batteries
But batteries are not powered supply system (the system did not work), how to make batteries supply the system.

I have another problem, when the power goes out, the most exts blocked(not working), and this forces me to deblock this exts one by one

how to avoid this problem please?

I want say this a problem occur frequently . 3 weeks ago the power totally gone, for this reason i have been replaced the batteries, but the new batteries does not provide power for the system i don't know why.

when power outage , most Exts are blocked(not working), really i don't know why the power outage, i need your help to avoid this issue.

YOUR POWER MOST +48vdc if down this voltage system not working and if high rg5dc may be damaged . 4 battery series 12 vdc tottaly 48vdc
if you need more hours keep system up use more battery but parallel finally you need 48 vdc and you can add more battery with parallel
 
Your power have 4 module and now you just have 1 module with 2 fuses . Voltage is ok . Show 55 v but 4*12v battery insude your rack.
Just disconect battety from power module replace by new and conect again this is too easy work. I chanfe that under 30 minutes....[highlight #FCE94F][/highlight]
 

I did not understand, but i have been connected 4 pecs each one equal (12)

I've actually bought new batteries and has been connected to the system, but did not provide any power to the system
when remove the main power to test new batteries after connected working or not.


could you please check keys(f1 , f2 ,f3.....)shown in screenshot,Is the current situation for keys correct ?

Because the person who replaced batteries has changed somewhat in these keys, he was trying to make the batteries supply system
