hi, we have an Option 11 with a couple of remote agent observe cards. i know the book says you can only have one but since this site doesn't have symposium, i had a second card added because the first one always freezes up and stops responding.
i've had a tech to site multiple times, had the cards patched and the PBX patched but the cards fail. they'll just stop working. no one can fix these so i need another solution.
does anyone know of a service observe solution for Nortel provided by a third party? i need a product that allows people to dial in and listen to agents from anywhere in the US.
