Hi, Wat is the best way to replace a RAID5 set with 4 disks of 72 GB with a RAID5 set with 4 disk of 300GB. I think:

HP Proliant DL380 G3 - Array 5300 controller.

1.backup the volume
2.replace the disks
3.create new RAID5 set (300GB disks)
4.restore volume

And is it possible when I remove the existing RAID5 set and create another RAID5 set to use the old RAID 5 set again with no loss of data?
