how do you replace ntfs partiton with fat32 partition?

NTFS cannot be converted to FAT32, you will have to leave it as is or reload the system from scratch and install it on a Fat32 partition at that time. W2K can convert from Fat to NTFS, but not the other way.

Actually, many third party partitioning utilities will allow you to do this. I have Partition Magic 6 and just confirmed that it will make such a conversion. The only drawback is the 60 bucks or so you have to pay for the program. Otherwise, if you want to do it free you will have to back everything up, repartition and start over. Justin

Ousman is correct.
Even though there are drawbacks,(Like paying $60) it's still worth having.

NOTE:
I once had an error once while trying to convert in one of my 5 computers that I converted. I hope you don't get that problem too. All other computers worked fine. -----------------
