I replaced 3 LTO-1 drives in my L180 with 3 LTO-3 drives. I think I need to delete these drives from networker and add them back as LTO-3 drives.

How do I go about doing this?

Thanks for your help!

Which Operating System do you use for your Networker Server?

The second relevant question is are the drives in a jukebox or silo, or standalone?

You can do this more or less easy depending on your configuration. However, both type use different block sizes. Let me suggest that you keep a LTO-1 as read-only device for recoveries, at least until your tapes expired.
