ok... i have an image scene 1
then on a mouseover.. i want thatimage to be replaced by another... (set on the over frame in the button
how can i do this?
i've tried the goto frame first and load grapic outside the button... but it just get to nuts try'n to keep track of it all....
the mouseover effect actually has a motion tween bringing image to window... then it animates... and each button is different... so over top just doesn't work....

anyone know a solution? asap!!!!!!

create 2 frames, place the stop action in both frames

so if frame 1 is moved over -> goto frame 2 action
if mouseover goto frame 2

doesnt this help send me the source and ill analyse it and return it to you if i got the solution if you have tips or comments send them to me. I am a human and humans could give wrong answer

Want see some flash?? visit or

create a movieclip with key frame with each image could have as many as you want lets say you have four the first one you always want showing if you don't want any showing place a blank keyframe in frame 1. Place the stop command in each keyframe. Place this movie clip on the stage name the instance of the movieclip say "image" then place your buttons on the stage say there's three of them. right click the first button click actions, create on the rollover event
then elvaluate _root.image.gotoAndStop(2) if you want it to return to the original image create a on rollout event _root.image.gotoAndStop(1) hopefully this has helped

hey peops! thanks for the input.. ;)
didn't hear back from anyone quick enough so i just did a load movie command on click.... and did the effects animated on second (over) frame of button functions
what i do still find tho... is on this movie... and others i've done... is when clicking same button twice... it actually loads the wrong thing....
anyone know why??

i will try the options you 2 have submitted to nail it down for next time.... thank you for your time!
orbit i did try yours originally prior to even getting your post...... but again... was running into the same probs with second mouseclick of same button....
