I have two different clients that have two different VPN's. One is a pix 501 that I can connect with using Cisco VPN Client. The other is a Netgear FVS318 that I connect with using Prosafe VPN Client. If either VPN client is loaded on a PC they each work. If I try to install the other one, e.g. if cisco vpn client is loaded, try to install the prosave client, or vice versa, I get an error to uninstall the first client. They seem to clobber each other. I'm trying two have two different VPN clients that enable me to connect to either client for remote work.

I have found no info on the web. My only solutions are:

1. Get both clients to work on same PC.
2. Get Netgear prosafe VPN client configured to connect
to a Pix 501.

Does anyone have any experience?
Thanks,
Brian

Services running is the key.BEFORE loading another vpn client,STOP the services that are running for the current key(change to manual from automatic startup).
You should be able to install second client. Once you have verified functionality, change the services startup for that client to manual.
The key is only the services running for the vpn CURRENTLY
being used.
It's a pain,unless you write a script.
