I have a ML370 G2 with a SA5300 64MB array accelerator. The batteries are dead on the 64MB module. I would like to switch to a 128MB module with (I hope) better batteries. Do I need to do anything special other than swapping the modules? Will I lose the array configuration? If so, how can this be done? Thanks.

You should be able to just pop the new battery/memory module on, it's that easy :)
