Repeating records on report

I was having a problem with records repeating on a dynaset from a query. I got that fixed, but now the same problem is occurring on the report (invoice) that uses the info from the query. Everything was working until I closed out Access, then reopened it to do some more work.

What could I have done to cause this to weird out?

Only thing that I can think of is that when you closed the query you answered NO to the prompt to save the changes to your query. Check your query to make sure that whatever changes you made are still there. If not, put them back in and save.
