I understand that call id's in the call by call report are not unique. Does anyone know how often they repeat? Thanks.

check the PBX call registers; you may have to add more to allow for more calls. It should not occur too often (repeating).

1. How do you check the PBX call registers?
2. How do you add more?
3. Are you saying that if you add more call registers you can minimize or eliminate repeating call id's?
