Hi, I am not familiar with Nortel BCM, I do Meridian.
I have a site that are using Nortel BCM400.
I have questions:
This office have repeated calls from a prime number (it said a prime number on the phone screen) and when they pick up the call, it hangs up right away. then when the user hangs up the phone, it calls again immediately.
It happened occasionally and to several people.
I am not sure what to do, I appreciated any help.
