I have a report that I want to list in the header all the abreviations that appear in the report. I am doing this via a subreport that uses the same parameters as the main report and compiles the list of venue with full venue name, etc.

So far so good.
what I get is a long list:
abrev1 - name
abrev2 - name
avrev3 - name
avrev4 - name
etc. on down.

What I would like is this:

abrev1 - name abrev4 - name abrev7 - name
abrev2 - name abrev5 - name
avrev3 - name avrev6 - name

etc.

How can I make Crystal Reports (verson 7 I'm on) do this? (I can do it in Access, etc. by page setup with multiple columns....)

Thanks!

You can do the same with Crystal.

Format Section, details, click Multi-column, new tab now available, choose your settings (down then across)+ width etc and you should be in business.

Hope that helps,
