repeat key on call pilot 1

I've got a bcm 3.7 everything working great. The only problem is the menu repeat key is not working. I see the place where it asks for a repeat key I entered 8 didnt work, 7 didnt work. when i dial in and enter the number it says exiting the system, goodbye.

How are your recording layered? Like, in your greeting table, do you have a recording in the first greeting and then another recording in your CCR menu node?

If you can explain how your greeting table and ccr tree is set up it would help.

Trying to recall from memory, I believe I've bypassed this problem by recording the entire greeting in the CCR Tree Menu node and not having anything recorded in the first layer greeting. But my memory gets sketchy when I haven't done it in a while, plus CP documentation doesn't clearly address these nuances.

You are right BCM programmer. The option to repeat is for the CCR greeting table but not the company greeting 1 or whatever greeting you have selected.

Thank you alot. That make sense I have a very simple AA . It plays greeting 1 and the ccr is only used for transfres. So if I record the main greetin on home menue that should do it?
