I have a main report and a subreport. I have in the main report on the group header which is the person's name (Keep Group Together and Repeat Group Header on Each Page). There is a subreport and the subreport data is what is causing a second page for the person. The person's name is not repeating on the second page.

Help is appreciated.

In what section is the subreport located?

It is in the person's name group footer #3d. Thanks

If you have a name group in the subreport (assuming you are linking on that and other fields), you can check "repeat group header on each page within the sub, and then it will show up on each page within the subreport. If you are only showing the group header and the subreport in the group footer, you can just suppress the group header.

Hey LB,

I just noticed the subreport data does not go to the second page for everyone. It just depends how much data is on the subreport for a person. Any new ideas?

Thanks for helping me out.

You didn't say whether you tried my suggestions and what happened when you did.
