Repeat Group Header not working

I have a report with 6 groups - at the lowest level I am using my group 6 footer as my "detail line" and using formulas to suppress things as I drill down - the group 5 heading only appears on the first page of the lowest level - it is gone on subsequent pages - I tried to change the group (right click on group) and select repeat group on each page top - this does not work. Any ideas?
