Repeat blank detail sections in Access Reports

I have a question regarding Microsft Access Reports.

when my report lists the details on the report, how do you get the detail section to continue when the data is blank? I want to display 10 lines on the report (their is a grid in the detail section along with data) and when their are only 5 lines, it goes to the next page. I want the report to repeat the detail section five more times without any information.
