I have to repartition internal disk to create 2 filesystems. Can anybody tell me how I go about doing it.

 
Use the "fx" utility to do so. You can find information on how to use fx on the man page, or via (excellent web site).

If the drive is not holding the OS, this is easy. Use "fx -x" to split the disk as you like, then make a filesytem on each slice, mount it up, and you are done.

It is more involved if it is hosting the OS. Let me know if it hosts the OS and I'll detail more of it.
