repartee voice mail

I have a repartee voice mail syatem, using (2) 4/dpci cards from active voice, running on an OS2/WARP platform. System lost power and when it came back up there was a problem. THE SYSTEM IS UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE ANY OF THE VOICE BOARDS. Any suggestions?????????????????

First I would reload the drivers.
second look for errors on the hard drive.

Sometimes a power down and back up will initialize the voice boards... It may take several attempts....

Could also try taking the boards out, reboot, then put them back in, and reboot. Note: power down do not hot swap them each time. Sometimes taking ot out, and puting it back in clears errors for hardware.

Note that os2 is not supported by microsoft anymore....
We have several repartees that experienced this problem. In the end, after putting humpty dumpty back together, it usually fails again.
CAN YOU SAY UPGRADE!

OS2 is an IBM OS, not MS. Gates had nothing to do with OS2.
