RepairRegistryPro.exe ??? 1

I am trying to find out if this is spyware/adware.
The person I'm checking this out for is getting pop-up after
pop-up saying there are errors in the registry and they must purchase it to fix them.
They do not know how it even got on the computer.
They have been unsuccessful removing it as well.

Any one know about this software/process?

It's a problem. Try scanning the system with a reputable spyware/adware scanner.
