Repairing 4630 ip phones

Just wandering any where to repair the 4630 ip phones.. some of the ip phones, I've re-installed the latest firmwares to them... but they are in the discovering mode...

Anyway to solve it? Is there a way to clear off the memory of the ip phone as if it is a brand new one ?

If I can solved this, I can improved the productivity and cost incurred. It is because the store manager intended to condemn these phones, as he think it is not worth to repair an ip phone for $200 USD.

Do you have another CLAN to register the phone to? I had this problem with a few phones, and they were fine registering to my other CLAN. I had to reset the CLAN for them to register.

I have diverted to another c-lan card... it doesn't work.. anyone knows what is the next step ?
