Is anyone experiencing problems with O'burg repairs on T1 PRI cards for the 2K (MC270AA)?

I have one particular card that has spent more time going back & forth to O'burg for repeat failures than it's spent in my switch. I have 11 T1-PRIs in service so pls don't suggest a config issue. Been there. We get the card back from O'burg and within anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks later the card has failed again.

The card is headed back again today on its 3rd RMA.

It may be a little messy but I would try swapping the programming for this and one other PRI on your system and swap cables to see if the problem follows the card or the T1... (possible bad juju from the smartjack/niu)

This "repeat failure" card has actually been all around my switch(es). It does not matter where we put it when we get it back. I load a database into it and it works perfect for anywhere from 2 days to 10 days (this varies by repair attempt) but once it fails, it fails "hard" and cannot be made to work again (tried different database after a failure, but no-go). I've had it on my AT&T toll PRIs (4ESS), SBC (LEC) PRIs (5ESS) and our Broadwing PRI (CLEC) DMS100. It's always this same card. Normally our PRIs are just as trouble free as can be but I like to keep 3 spare MC270AA in stock just as a hedge (and because you can't buy them anymore). It's still under warranty from the first repair attempt. I dunno what burn-in they use to verify their repair, but whatever the process, this card is slipping through. This last time back we emailed our TAM just to have him track it and maybe find out what O'Burg is seeing wrong with the card when they get it back & what they're doing to fix it each time. I'm actually a little surprised they haven't offered a replacement. Maybe since the card is M/D they don't have any to replace it with.
