Repair or Replace Fiber 2

Does it really make sense to repair a s strand fiber run that has been chewed by rodents and also sitting in a flooded conduit or just replace it with a new armor clad fiber run? I am thinking even if they can find a couple of starnds that work it is still sitting in water and the rodents can still chew threough the remaining pairs.

Replace it, or if you don't like them repair it, send a bill, then when it fails replace it and send another bill.
