I have a couple of Excel files that the server is saying are courupt. Is there any type of netware utility to repair them...I may not have a good backup copy of the files...was wondering if there is a way to repair them on the server..

Thanks DVannoy

HI!

The first best shot is to Salvage the previous version of the file.

To use Salvage:
1) start nwadmn95
2) Browse to the correct volume and directory of the file.
3) From the top menu, choose "Tools" - "Salvage".
4) type "*.XLS" in the file mask, and press the List files button.
I don't remember the exact syntax of all options, so might have mistakes in my answer.

Bye
