Rep 0499 Column '' selected by query

Rep 0499 Column '' selected by query in incompatible with report definition.

Is an error I'm getting on a previously working report. I know that fields in the database have changed, at least in their roles, but not necessarily in their types. My problem is that I can't find the '' column that appears to be the problem. Has anyone any suggestions as to how to track down the problem column?

Found problem column, but had to do it the hard way, deleting each section until I found the problem one, then checking every column. - using 6i
