Hi, I have a System in BC.9 , and I want to reeoute an incoming call for the same route. The route configuration is :
<rocap:rou=4;
ROUTE CATEGORY DATA
ROU SEL TRM SERV NODG DIST DISL TRAF SIG BCAP
4 412010011000 5 3101000007 0 30 128 03151515 011111000031 111111

END
<rodap:rou=4;
ROUTE DATA
ROU TYPE VARC VARI VARO FILTER
4 SL60 H'00000110 H'04C00000 H'060100A0 NO

END
<roddp:dest=72086;
EXTERNAL DESTINATION ROUTE DATA
DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE
72086 4 1005000000000250 5 6 0 72086902404704

END

<

When is an internal call it´s works fine, but when is as incoming call for the same route it's don't work.
Please help me

Hi,
we have BC9 too. Some people said that to reroute the call to the same PRI EDSS1 route, the patch is needed. Between such routes the calls is rerouted OK.

The description is not really clear. Do you mean incoming call will go out on the same route. Why don't you use ACD group without member.
1. ACGRI:GRP=XXXX,.......;

Then check if you have spare abb.

2. ADCOI:ABB=XXXX,TRA=72086,CLASS=0&&3;
3. CDINI:DIR=ACDGROUP,DIV=ABB;

The above setup is just sample for you to see and I am assuming this is what you need. The numbers I used are all sample and you can use your own numbering plan.

I´m not sure, but: MD in BC9 is normally rejecting direct rou-rou-traffic, if the rou is the same. If patchers solution does not work, try this: Devide your trunks in two different routes (same parameters) with overflow (cho=1) to each other. Then the Caller will leave the MD via the 2. route. This works.

lalrl, it's sounds reasonably. But in AXE-10 such things we do without any problem and without dividing to two routes. Quod licet Jovi, non licet bovi?
Who can explain the philosophy?

Thanks.

In order to make tromboning to work, the number in MD110 should be assigned as extensions,groups but not ABB or dest.

Hi hirei, what patch would I need?

Hi, aau2,
I know the story but the patch number.

The story told one specialist in inet - as he was needed to reroute a call back to the same PRI EDSS1 interface and one kind man :) wrote the patch and debugged it, and the problem was solved. That's all, sorry.

I don't have this patch for the unit slp60. The MD110 is for the spanish market. Where do I get the patch?

Why pursue on a patch since there is a work around for sure. Also BC9 has Red package(multi divert).

Patcher, I thought that the muldivert is for BC.10 or upper

multidivert is a patch in bc 7 and 8 as well as bc9, also controlled by aspac. see if you can do aspap, if you can't you haven't got it (192 in bc9, 190 in bc8, 185 in bc7). but there are issues and they may only work on no reply, dont have any further info to hand at the moment to check. maybe someone can give a clearer answer rather than this pointer.

regards

Maybe you can use this:
(from alex)
- This parameter is only valid for sent A/connected number i.e., CNVTYP = 1.
NUTRP:CNVTYP=1,NUMTYP=B,ENTRY=CCCC,TARDST=BBBB;
RODDI:ROU=A,DST=BBBB,SRT=1;

see alex for more information

I have not testet this, but will do Monday

Trident,

this will only work from BC11, aau2's system is BC9...

--------------------------------------
What You See Is What You Get

to patcher and parnum: Multidiversion exists up to BC11.

Well,
Coming back to aau2 's question about BC9 and 67990.

This is rather simple correction and to be used as customer installation.

aau2, try this:

PCASI:UNIT=RMPS5,CI=C67990A,REV=1-R9A,IA=1DA6,RA=1DC4;
END;
!A;
PCASI:UNIT=RMPS5,CI=C67990A,REV=1-R9A,IA=3206,RA=3224;
END;
!A;
PCACS:UNIT=RMPS5,CI=C67990A;
Y;
PCCOS:UNIT=RMPS5,CI=C67990A;
Y;

Regards

Hi Avstral, thanks it works very fine, but I don't understand it. Why does it work if the patch is empty?
Thanks for all
