REORG using TEMPSPACE

In running reorgs on tables, I usually do not include "USE TEMPSPACE1". This would mean that the table will use its current tablespace.

Is this a performance problem? What are the advantages and disadvantages for using TEMPSPACE?

I started using TEMPSPACE when the table was to large to be reorged without it....
