Reorg Table Performance

Is there any parms that can be altered to help with running the REORGANIZE TABLE command?

We have seen tables that are less the 4Gig take four hours to reorg...... I am sure part of the problem is that we are still at Ver7.2....

Your tempspace can be on a different set of disks than the table .. If it has a bufferpool on its own, it will perform better(assuming applications are accessing other tables)
