Reorder while programming the Remote Wake up call or Remote time reminder on Panasonic TDA 100D

I am getting the reorder tone while programming the remote wakeup or remote time reminder in panasonic TDA 100D.


It will be very grateful if anyone help me out in this??

are you using *76* 1, ext number ,Enter hour (01-12) and minute (00-59) and then 0 for AM or 1 for PM.
Or enter hour (00-23) and minute (00-59). Enter 0 for once or 1 for daily. you will hear confirmation tone, hang up

Yes i am activating the feature using *76*

When ever I am pressing *76* the reorder tone displays.

I am activating the feature from Operator Extension and I had also enabled the Manager for "Class Of Service".

Its works well in my office demo system but I am not able to do it on Clients System.

As the remote remainder is the hotel Feature, so the feature can only activated from Hotel operator's console.
