I have a Option 61C running on release 3 and when you redial a long distance number you get a fast busy and DCH messaging is stating call rejected. I am thinking it is from the carrier but wanted to know if there might be timers on the pbx before opening ticket with MCI. It does not do it when dialing local numbers. This only happens if you redial consecutively 3 or 4 times in a roll.
